A fresh dish for seafood lovers
What you need, for 4 people:
- 800 grams of Saith filets or any Cod fish.
- 1 kg of unpealed Crayfish
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 800 grams of fresh Potatoes
- Butter
- Salt and White peppar
- Avocado cream, see recipé here
First prepare the Avocado cream and place it in the fridge.

Peel the cray but keep 4 pieces unpeeled for decoration. Put the peeled crayfish tails aside. Remove any bones still present in the fish and cut it into suitable pieces, approximately 5×7 cm. Season with salt and white peppar.
Start boiling the potatoes in salted water and fry the fish pieces in butter on medium heat. The fish cookes fast so only give it a few minutes on each side so it gets a nice color. When the fish is done collect all the pieces on a plate for serving.

Add more butter to your pan and press the garlic into it to give it a quick fry. Add the crayfish tails and fry them for a minute just to get some heat and garlic flavour. Remove them from the pan and add the 4 unpeeled crayfish to give them a minute for heat as well.

When the potatoes are cooked you are ready for plating!
