Avocado cream


Nice as a sauce for white fish and seafood, on a taco or as a dip

What you need, for 4 people:

  • 1 big or two small Avocados
  • 1dl of Sour cream
  • 1 Lime fruit
  • Salt and black peppar

Chop the Avocado into small pieces and mash it well. Mix it with the sour cream and squeze the juice of half a lime into the cream. Mix everuthing into a smooth cream. Season with salt and pepper at your preference.

Mash the Avocado well.
Perfect as a fresh sauce to white fish or seafood.
