Hot fried Vannamei schrimps and Scallops


A fresh and light dish that you can prepare in 20 minutes.

What you need:

  • 400 grams of Vannamei schrimps
  • 400 grams of scallops
  • 2 red hot chilis
  • 4 cleaves of garlic
  • a couple of tablespoons of oil
  • salt and black peppar
  • Crisp sallad leaves
  • Guacamole

Chop the garlic and chilis into small pieces. Heat a cast iron pan on your grill with some oil and when its hot start frying the garlic and chili until it starts to get color, then add the schrimps.

Fry the schrimp mix for a minute or two so the schrimps get hot and then put them into a bowl. Season with pepper and salt.

Add the shrimps

Reheat the pan and add som oil. Give the scallops a quick fry on each side. Don’t overcook! 😊. Remove from the pan and add a pinch of pepper.

Start plating. Put the sallad in the bottom and dress them with some guacamole. Add the spicy schrimp mix and top each sallad leaf with a scallop.
