Soup bread with chili sesamy seeds

Ingredients

  • 50 grams of yeast
  • 5dl finger warm water
  • 100g butter, soft or melted
  • 2 tbsp syrup or sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • About 300 g wheat flour
  • About 500 gr special wheat flour
  • Egg and water for brushing
  • Roasted chilli sesame seeds

Mix all the ingredients and run in a machine for 6-7 minutes to a slightly sticky dough. Leave to rest for about 45 minutes.

Roll out into plates, 30x40cm, approx. 5mm thick. Distribute grated cheese and roll up. Flatten the rolls, twist them into spirals and cut at regular intervals. Leave to rest for another 30 minutes.

Brush with egg beaten with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in 200 degrees Celsius hot air, about 15 minutes or until nicely colored.
